Tui es una pequeña ciudad fronteriza al lado del río Miño que conserva el segundo conjunto histórico más importante de Galicia. Puedes pasear por sus calles empedradas, descubrir sus edificios medievales y su judería o tomarte algo en alguna de sus muchas terrazas. Es una ciudad tranquila, rodeada de un entorno natural único, la frontera del río Miño con Portugal y el monte Aloia, parque natural. Además es la puerta del Camino portugués a Santiago.

Y al otro lado del río está Valença do Minho, nuestro vecino portugués, al que puedes acceder andando por el Puente Internacional viejo y recorrer su espectacular Fortaleza.

Tui is a small border town next to the River Miño boasting the second most important historic centre of its kind in Galicia. You can stroll through its ancient streets, discover its medieval buildings and its Jewish quarter or simply enjoy a drink on one of its many bar terraces. It is a quiet city, surrounded by a unique natural environment, including the River Miño, which forms a natural border with Portugal. Then there is Mount Aloia, a protected natural park with stunning views over the Miño Valley and Atlantic. It is also lies at the door of the Portuguese Camino de Santiago.

On the opposite side of the River Miño lies Valença do Minho, Tui’s Portuguese neighbor, which you can reach on foot by crossing the old International Bridge and tour its beautiful Fortress.
